Our approach to mentoring? You get time one-on-one with our Executive Producer & CEO, Laura Milke Garner, to get advice and guidance, provide encouragement and give you the confidence to tackle your next producing project with ease.
We’ve been mentoring independent artists and producers since 2015, so we know a thing or two, and have mentored hundreds of people just like you. We always make people feel welcome, but we’ll also call it how it is and not fluff around.
Well, it depends on what you need. We’ll start with a free chat to see if mentoring is for you, and decide what kind of support and sessions will be the best fit for your challenges, needs and budget. Then, we’ll schedule the sessions – maybe it’s a one-off, maybe we’ll do monthly sessions; either way, you’ll be equipped with the tools to map out what you need to do and, more importantly, exactly how to do it. All sessions are either in person (where possible) or online via Zoom.
Every artist, show and project are different, so we won’t box you into a certain way of doing things. We’re all about building the right foundations so you can adapt to all kinds of projects and situations in the future.
